With years of experience, Deon Goldschmidt, Esq., has been practicing personal injury law for over 2 decades. He has successfully helped hundreds of accident victims claim damages from their injuries. In addition, Mr. Goldschmidt has gained extensive experience in the field of medical malpractice.
A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, he earned his law degree in 1992 from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He is a member of the California Bar and is also admitted to practice in S.A. He currently manages the San Diego and San Jose offices of Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys. Mr. Goldschmidt is committed to using his vast experience in personal injury law to assist clients in the San Diego area, where he resides.
Kevin was born and raised in San Diego, California. He attended Montana State University where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and was a full-time student athlete playing football for the Bobcats.
Kevin then continued his education at Thomas Jefferson School of Law and graduated with cum laude honors. Kevin was lucky enough to meet the head attorney of San Diego Personal Injury Attorneys – Deon Goldschmidt – through his stepbrothers and was a law clerk for the firm throughout his time in law school. Kevin is licensed to practice in California and applies his trade in the San Diego Office.
In his spare time, Kevin likes being active and getting back to playing football as much as he can, spending time with family, and spending time with friends.

Matt was born in Texas, and calls San Antonio home, despite growing up in various cities across the Texas, Florida, and Colorado. As the son of an Air Force veteran, Matt was raised with the cornerstone values of hard work, discipline, and integrity, which serves as the pillars for his own legal practice. Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating UT, he and his twin brother became the first members of their family to graduate from a four-year university.
After UT, Matt returned home to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s School of Law, where he received a Doctorate of Jurisprudence. While at St. Mary’s, Matt was a stand-out advocate on St. Mary’s National Mock Trial team, earning honors of “St. Mary’s School of Law Most Outstanding Mock Trial Award,” and induction into The Order of Barristers – an honor limited to the graduating law students around the United States who achieve excellence in trial advocacy, oral advocacy, and brief writing.
While representing plaintiffs, Matt has years of experience litigating a variety of civil and business matters, including breaches of contract, motor vehicle accidents, commercial cases, premises liability, deceptive trade practices, and wrongful death.
Matt enjoys following his favorite sports teams and spending time with his friends, family, and dog, Case.
Michel Shenouda is dedicated to helping each client navigate the legal process, and receive proper compensation for the injuries they have suffered. He treats each case with diligence and care required to ensure a favorable result for his clients. Michel is licensed to practice in California and currently works in the San Diego office as well as the Riverside location.
Michel values connecting with his clients and keeping open and honest communication channels. Michel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pacific Union College in Angwin, CA, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
Michel is fluent in English and Arabic. He is a native of Egypt and immigrated to the United States after high school to further his education. He enjoys working out, staying healthy, and spending time with family and friends.

Bailey was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Managerial Finance from the University of Mississippi and participated in multiple finance organizations during her time in undergraduate school. Bailey then attended Texas A&M University School of Law where she was the first member of her family to earn a law degree.
During law school, Bailey worked for two law firms engaged in the practice of consumer protection law. Now dedicated to her practice of personal injury litigation, she enjoys employing her passion and skill for finance in her zealous advocacy of her clients. In her free time, Bailey likes to read, travel, and spend time with her friends and family.
Evan Fry was born and raised in Ennis, Texas. Evan is the managing attorney for the Austin office of Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys. He earned his bachelor’s degree in communications from Texas Christian University (TCU) and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston, where he was an active member of the Moot Court team and contributed to the International Economic Law Journal.
Evan’s career in personal injury law began over six years ago when he worked as a legal clerk. Since then, he has developed a deep commitment to helping clients navigate the complexities of personal injury cases. When he’s not advocating for his clients, Evan enjoys watching TCU sports and biking throughout the scenic trails of Austin.
Josh De Leon was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin, with a minor in Philosophy of Law. Following his graduation from UT, Josh returned to San Antonio to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law where he was a standout amongst his peers, specifically in matters of civil procedure and tort law.
Josh has assisted with personal injury claims for nearly a decade. He started as an assistant at a San Antonio-based law firm specializing in personal injury, and now as an Associate Attorney for Deon Goldschmidt Attorneys, PLLC, Josh leverages his experience in personal injury, his passion for his clients, and his knowledge of the civil justice system to secure the best possible outcomes for his clients against the insurance carriers.
